· Supervise all office employees and follow up on the execution of their assigned tasks.

Requirement :

· University degree in Financial, Economic, Banking, or Legal Sciences.

Qualifications :
-
· Practical experience in the banking sector or microfinance for a minimum of three years.
· Good computer proficiency.
· Ability to communicate in English.
· Managerial skills for team leadership.

Missions:
-
· Develop the office's strategy to achieve its set objectives, in alignment with the bank's overall strategies, vision, and goals.
· Conduct market research in the assigned office's location and develop plans to increase market share.
· Manage the office's credit portfolio in terms of quality, growth rates, and risks.
· Monitor the office's savings portfolio regarding its cost, associated risks, and growth rates.
· Supervise all office employees and follow up on the execution of their assigned tasks.
· Set annual goals for office employees in both credit and savings.
· Prepare a monthly report on the office's performance and the implementation of action plans, or any deviations from the planned achievements.
· Perform reconciliation operations for withdrawals and deposits, if any, in accordance with relevant decisions and policies.
· Contribute to identifying the training needs of office employees.
· Participate in the annual performance appraisal of office employees and propose recommendations.
· Monitor adherence and compliance with policies, procedures, and decisions issued by the bank or supervisory authorities.
