Qualifications :
- - Experience in answering the phone and meeting customers for not less than one year. - Ability to use a computer. - Ability to deal in English. - Ability to communicate and communicate with bank customers.

Missions:
- - Receiving customers at the branch headquarters and introducing them to the services provided by the bank and connecting customers to the specialist responsible for the customer's area and answering the phone and transferring calls within the branch. - Entering all data and information related to customers after checking the completion of the papers. - Extracting the required documents to facilitate the specialist's work. - Performing all work from (opening an account - archiving - linking deposits ....). - Reviewing customer files and ensuring the availability of the documents required for the loan before presenting them to the lending supervisor for signature. - Preparing all documents necessary for the disbursement process (agreements, bonds, mortgage books ....) - He is the main member in the loan delivery process. - Delivering and receiving files from specialists. - Performing duties and responsibilities related to customer archives and arranging customer files. - Filling out and entering data for account opening requests and completing the required documents and ensuring that the customer meets the required conditions. - Opening savings accounts (regular - mandatory) - Introducing the various deposit products. - Opening mandatory deposit accounts for the bank's borrowers. - Opening other different accounts (current, savings, deposits) for customers. - Carrying out any other operations related to customer accounts, for example, changing customer information, changing an approved signature form, breaking a deposit, or renewing deposits on a daily basis, and periodically amending and updating customer data. - Sealing and archiving requests electronically and manually. - Following up and organizing work schedules and vacations. - Preparing the daily disbursement list - Following up on administrative matters (from vacations - receiving orders - material or maintenance requests ...). - Any other tasks assigned by the branch manager or customer service supervisor.
