Training programs have been developed to serve ambitious entrepreneurs in all regions and cities of Syria, targeting the age group of 15 to 35 years. These programs rely on innovative methods such as interactive games, video presentations, and case studies to simplify complex business concepts and make them easy to understand. In addition to general training programs, specialized management curricula and training programs have been designed to contribute to creating job opportunities for youth. These curricula focus on meeting the needs of the labor market by equipping participants with the minimum essential skills that enable them to integrate into the job market, whether through paid employment or self-employment projects.
