A workshop in cooperation between the Creativity Bank and the Savings Bank

Based on our mission to be a pioneering, sustainable, and socially responsible bank and to discuss the most important topics in the field of microfinance and within the framework of exchanging experiences between workers in the banking sector and the microfinance sector, a workshop was held in cooperation between the Ebdaa Bank and the Savings Bank. The workshop lasted for 4 days and focused on: - Providing participants with full knowledge of all the operations needed by workers in microfinance banks, as it is a sector with special characteristics in the banking sector. - Criteria for granting credit and factors affecting credit decision-making, and increasing knowledge about credit evaluation for small projects. - Credit risk analysis and due diligence procedures in identifying and verifying the customer. - Marketing mechanisms, especially direct ones, adopted in microfinance banks. - Loan disbursement procedures.
